beachin' fun!

well, another sem has gone...it seems like i only have time to blog whenever a sem ends. sorry i can't update you as much as i want. stupid wapblogger aint working no more...

anyway, our sembreak was extremely shortened by our hanging requirements, especially on our design and structures class, of which i have the same professor...it was only with him that i experienced endless days of no sleep and extreme effort just to fulfill his simultaneous requirements! and he comprises a third of our 21 unit sem! i had the hardest time making up for the rest of my courses just because i almost neglected them because of this one professor!!! grrr...and t think that our classes ended on october 1, and yet our final submission for him was just last october 18...that' why my friends and i decided to go straight to the beach the day after!

all of us woke early the next day and met up in gwyn's dorm (you know what, this codename shit aint really working...jas has been reading my blog eversince! i'll stick with it anyway...) this batangas trip was a record breaker! on the first time, there was only six of them, three guys and three girls (piolo, john, kris, gwyn, bea, and of course kat) mostly af people. the second one, i was in, we had five guys and four girls (me, piolo, john, kris, alfred, nikki, bea, kat and maica) still af people and two soon-to-be af people. the third time was named the couples trip there were four couples (piolomaui, jenajerry, gwynjoey, and katjohn). the last one was the fourth record breaking one..we were fifteen! (me, luis, joey, piolo, john, kris, alfred, lucas, bea, gwyn, maui, katie, angel, mitch, and kat) we were five short of the 20 remaining arkikada or "archi22". maybe next time we could have a complete attendance with nikki, marj, jena, hilary and miranda with us as well!

now if most of you have been observant enough, you'd notice that every time i was in the trip (second and fourth) i always odded the group out. there's always an excess of guys when i'm around. and yes if i did go to the first and third, i still would've odded them out. if you've read my previous blogs, you'd know that i hate odd numbers. even though we weren't all couples, it would've been much better if i was a couple with somebody...but alas, the year is ending and i'm still as single as hell...whenever there are trips or gatherings like this i sometimes feel dispensable, you know what i mean? it's like they could do without me...it's not sounding like beachin' fun, isn't it? but then that's just my insecure alter-ego talking...now let's go to the fun part...

anyway, any beach trip, single or not, would be a grrrreat relief from our hectic sems that are always fully loaded. we had lots of food mae by our lovely culinary expert kat...and we had smores and hotdogs around the bonfire again! god if only we could stay there forever, i mean it was just heaven...we did the normal stuff, dipped in the pool, walked the shore, kayaked, watched movies, but for the first time, due to the presence of luis and joey, we actually drank a lot of booze and danced ourselves crazy on the beach. that was fun (if only i wasn't throwing up after) anyway, the mere number of people there made the whole trip fun. we gave birth to the triplets bachu, pachu and impachu. right now i could well be a fourth one named hachu coz i can't stop sneezing since i woke up...must've been the aircon in joey's car....anyway, the whole trip was fun, that's all i can say...it was bitin as always but nevertheless fun...and ths morning, i was greeted by the best news i could ever hear...

i got a 1.0 in my structures class, and a 1.25 in my design class. :)
